| Ilgin, we just wanted to write to give you some feedback on our trip. | |
| First, it was a pleasure to work with someone as professional as you. Your responsiveness and follow up are fantastic, sorely missing in the travel industry. Everything was well coordinated and on time. The itinerary fit the time we had too. I would definitely recommend others to you. And when we come back, we will contact you in advance... with more advanced time to prepare! Both of our guides were well educated on their subjects and areas and knowledgeable on all areas. Very friendly and interactive too. That's it. Loved our time in Turkey and look forward to working with you again sometime in the future. | |

| Dear Ilgin, | |
| We returned home from Turkey yesterday evening after a wonderful two weeks. Thank you so much for everything you and Credo Tours did to make such a memorable trip for Charlie, Vitta, Marisa and me. We were very pleased with all the services you provided. I know how much work must go into making sure everything happens as it is supposed to with the drivers, transfers, guides, and hotels. Your professionalism in handling all these details is very evident. We really liked all the hotels you selected. The Blue House in Istanbul is in a perfect location, the Esbelli Evi was charming(we spent my birthday there), the Marina was a gracious hotel, and we all loved the Kismet(Charlie and I had a room at the end with a view of the sea from two balconies). If you and/or Credo would like to use us as USA references, we would be glad to do that. We will certainly tell all our friends that they must visit Turkey, and that they should arrange it through you and Credo. |

| Dear Ilgin, | |
| I want to thank you for all the hard work you put into our trip. I don't see how it could have been better. Your advice was sound on everything, your judgment flawless, your arrangements superb-in short, you were a delight to work with and highly professional as well. We loved the trip-from start to finish. The gulet was unbelievable-what a gift that was. I don't think we had any idea what we were in for. I'm sure the cabin charter would have been fine, but there is just no way to compare it to what we had. We loved the gulet(by far the most beautiful we saw in the entire 4 days). The captain and crew were attentive, but didn't hover. The food was memorable to say the least. I badly miss it now that we're home. What a chef! We can finally get fresh local tomatoes, but while they may be bright red, they sure don't taste as good as those in Turkey. Our guides and drivers were uniformly excellent-Yavuz was helpful and knowledgeable, Edip was a true delight, and our guide in Ephesus was charming. The paragliding was unbelievable. I really fell in love with it. Jamie enjoyed it too. It was nice to do some driving-the car was very comfortable. We liked the town of Kalkan a lot- and bought two more rugs(4 total). We did climb up to Termessos-wonderful site and it's obvious why Alexander the Great took one look and said "Forget it". In short, we loved the entire trip. We are very grateful to your attentive care, your meticulous attention to detail and very much appreciated your concern that we were happy throughout. It was a delight to meet you after all the email exchanges. FYI, I'm attaching a trip report Jamie did for his family. It's long, but he wanted to give everyone a sense of what our trip was like-good PR for Turkey since his family travels a lot. He wrote it with only minor editing from me. Hope you enjoy it. Many, many thanks again. I'm still contemplating writing an article for the Washington Post travel section to encourage Americans to go to Turkey. Not sure how to title it, though. I figure "Turkey: The Friendly Islamic Country" isn't quite right, but frankly, it's the message Americans need to get so they'll come. We're also encouraging all our friends to come and if they do, of course we'll send them to you. Many thanks again- and bless you for our gulet trip. |
